We request you to be extra alert if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery and also lodge proper complain with local courier office, or mail us with proof of delivery at lvwfashion.promo@gmail.com
RETURNS
Although we strictly follow no return or exchange policy which is already mentioned is our Exchange/return policy . but you can still mail us if you think you have an issue with the products , but always consider the facts which are return in our exchange return page that we dont exchange return easily because of the handmade suits . in some cases For customer satisfaction we allow 7 day return if we think product is totally wrong or if your concern is right. We check all the products before dispatch however If product comes damaged kindly mail product damaged part photos to lvwfashion.promo@gmail.com within 2 days. However they should be unused, unwashed with all original tags and with original packaging. You cannot return the stitched and discounted products in any case. We do not approve returns for invalid reasons. As Reverse pick up is not available in some areas customers need to send the product back to our team them selves. We do not accept Returns for international Orders.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved by our support team and we get your returned order back. we will inspect the product for the same condition we sent. if all okay we process further for replacement or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly mail to us (valid within 24 hours after place order) at lvwfashions.promo@gmail.com and inform us about the cancel order. if you already paid via online payment ( prepaid ) for the order. The refund will be initiated back to the origin source of payment for your cancelled order. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been shipped or processed for shipping.In case of single or multiple product ordered, if delivery is not possible for certain product, customer will be requested to select alternate item or if customer don’t want to do so, he/she will be refunded ASAP against not delivered product.
DELIVERY
Mostly we are dispatched all shipment same day or day second day. It takes somewhere between 4-7 business days to deliver product in INDIA. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days. For international Order it takes 9 – 15 business days.
Our courier agent will contact you maximum 3 times for delivery. If the courier agent anyhow couldn’t contact you, due to the reasons like, house found locked, wrong or incomplete address or unclaimed or refused delivery, than the merchandise may be return back to us and the shipment may be late to delivery.
DISCLAIMER
There may be minor variation in color of actual product from the displayed image in website. The variation in color depends on the different monitor used, setting and lighting condition during modeling photography.
