EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear customer , once you buy the product from us then there is not any way to return it and get the refund, we only exchange the product in certain conditions so read Below our exchange policy.
- Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
- We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects but a video while opening the parcel would be required. Please mail us at [email protected]
- Please note that all order related queries will only be valid and answered on the email mentioned above.you may expect reply within seven working days, Any after-sale query will not be handled via WhatsApp/Instagram DM.
- Returns/Exchanges are not possible for colour design and size issue Please be sure of the colour and size before ordering. You can also avail of our free custom fit option by sharing with us your chest and waist measurements, however, all other measurements will be the same as the standard measurement chart followed by us for that particular size.
- Returns and exchanges are totally depended upon the company , after seeing your query we will decide whether we want to take the product or not.
- We dont support the pickup , so if we agree to exchange than you need to send the product to us by your own money. we dont send the shipping charge for any products which is being returned or exchanged.
What is the exchange time period?
- We offer exchange only on those queries which comes to us within 7 working days from the day of delivery received by you.
- We offer an exchange for orders only once.
How to Exchange your product?
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, she/he has to follow the steps given below –

Your exchange request will not be entertained if they fall under the conditions mentioned below. So please read our guidelines before proceeding with an order.
When an exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange is not accepted due to colour difference. Colour differences might be there due to screen resolution and lighting variations.
- Exchange after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. We do not take guarantee of the product and it is non-exchangeable and refundable
- We do not accept exchanges of used, washed, torned, ironed, or altered products.
- Products Made to Order and Customised products are not applicable for exchange.
- The exchange product should have the tag attached to it and should be in an unused and unwashed condition.
- EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
- Write an email to us at [email protected] with the subject “EXCHANGE and your ORDER NUMER. Example Exchange of order #2280
- Mention the reason for your exchange in the mail.
- We do not provide reverse pickups, you have to send the product back to us in proper packaging. If the product comes back in bad condition the exchange will be nullified.
- Once we receive the package and the quality is ensured by us. We will provide you with the full credit amount in your LVW Fashion’s Account and you can use that credit to shop for anything of your choice at your convenience.
